A youth program’s success is made possible by the generosity of the many businesses and organizations in the community.
 
 It is through your generosity that we are able to maintain and improve our baseball complex and its equipment, purchase uniforms and equipment for the kids, and keep pace with escalating insurance and operational expenses. We have a wonderful concession stand / clubhouse that is constantly in need of attention to keep up with state and county regulations.
 
By continually improving our facilities and programs, Solvay Tigers Little League has become one of the best places for youth to play baseball in Upstate New York.

Dear Business Owner:

We are beginning the Solvay Tigers Little League baseball and softball season. We anticipate local boys and girls coming together to learn the excitement of team building and have fun at the same time.

The Solvay Tigers Little League is made up of several divisions for both boys and girls. In addition to our regular season teams, we assemble ALL-STAR teams that represent Solvay Tigers Little League in the District Eight Tournaments.

As we are a non-profit organization, comprised entirely of volunteers, we look for support from local businesses such as yours to keep our program running efficiently. With this in mind, we are asking for the support of your organization.

We have many sponsorship options available (see attached). These include individual team sponsors, signs at our Woods Road Park or Alhan Park in Lakeland. You may also make a general donation. Options 1 through 5 in the enclosed application will also include advertising with your business name on our website for the season.

We will also feature your business in Social Media posts on our Facebook page 

For your convenience, enclosed in this letter is a Solvay Tigers Little League Sponsor Application form. If you would like to sponsor a team or select any of our other sponsorship options, simply complete the form and include a check payable to: Solvay Tigers Little League by March 30^th. All team sponsors will be assigned in early April, so if you are interested in sponsoring a team, it is imperative that you submit the application form by the deadline. PLEASE NOTE.  Team sponsorships fill up fast and of course are limited to the number of teams we field.  If a regular season team is not available we will add additional requests to our All Star teams and Fall Ball Teams

·        3' x 6' Color banner affixed to field fence at Alhan Park or Woods Road Park

Option 4:  2 Signs(one each in Solvay and Lakeland) ($350)

Option 6: League-wide hat sponsorship ($1000) ONLY 1 AVAILABLE(ALREADY TAKEN)

·        Your company name will be displayed on the hats of every child and coach in every division(approx. 140 kids and coaches)

·        Kids and coaches will serve as your walking billboard

·       A full length  sign installed beneath our scoreboard in center field (ALREADY TAKEN)
